PROGRAM DETAILS
2 DAY WORKSHOP

This two day program is suitable for people with a leadership role either within one area or a whole school responsibility and interested in applying design thinking in their own contexts to support school improvement.

Day 1 - Experience the full cycle of design thinking through a design sprint to solve a common challenge. After the sprint, we will develop our understanding of empathy and problem finding, ready to head back to school and find a challenge we are going to work on.

Between Day 1 and Day 2 Chris will provide opportunities to help you stay on track

Day 2 - You will create a project nest of everything found out about the challenge and seek connections and revelations. Chris will then focus in on a “How might we…?” question to generate multiple ideas for solutions. Through peer critique, you will refine solutions into a prototype that you can take back into our schools to test.
