This two day program is highly suitable for School leaders, heads of department, team leaders and teachers
Project–Based Learning (PBL) is one powerful key to unlocking student engagement. This 2-day course is designed as a practical introduction to PBL. It will provide atendees with the key elements for doing PBL. Through the course some of the strategies for implementing successful projects in a school will be discussed and explored.

Deep understanding of PBL
Development of effective and powerful projects
Understanding of key ingredients of PBL
Understanding of different approaches
Enabling Leadership of other staff to PBL implementation
ABOUT THE PRESENTERS
David Price OBE is an expert in learning for a complex future, David writes, talks, trains and advises around the world, on some of the biggest challenges facing business, education and society. He has led innovative educational projects that have transformed practice in many countries. In 2009, he was awarded the OBE for services to education, by Her Majesty the Queen.
Clare Price is an Education Consultant with over 20 years experience of working as a lecturer, a strategic manager within school improvement and as a producer and trainer for schools and the cultural sector.
She is a highly experienced trainer and facilitator and has led extensive programmes of professional development for school leaders, teachers and artists. Clare manages a portfolio of development work for school networks and cultural organisations in the UK, including project design and management, research and evaluation, consultancy, creating teaching resources and producing numerous large-scale conferences and events.
Over the last 7 years she has increasingly worked internationally, delivering a range of training for schools in 4 continents – programmes include Project-Based Learning, Deeper Learning, Improvement by Design and Drawing for Learning as well as bespoke workshops for events and conferences.
